These terms (EULA) apply when you use VPPS Spend, provided by Noame doo. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.

01License
Noame doo grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use VPPS Spend on Apple devices you own or control, for personal and non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the Apple Media Services Terms.
02Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the app, or use it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
03Intellectual property
The VPPS Spend name, logo, design, illustrations and content are owned by Noame doo. These terms don't transfer any of these rights to you.
04No warranty
The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. VPPS Spend is a personal record-keeping tool and does not provide financial, tax or investment advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of the figures you enter.
05Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noame doo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. This includes loss of data or financial decisions made based on information in the app.
06Termination
This license ends automatically if you breach these terms. When it ends, you must stop using the app and delete it from your devices.
07Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Noame doo is registered.
